Conference Room Rental

NABOR rents its Conference Room for real estate related business meetings & classes only.  The room is NOT available during NABOR office hours.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.  The NABOR Conference Room has a strict NO ALCOHOL policy.

NABOR members are given preference and receive 25% discount off the advertised rate.

The NABOR Conference Room is centrally located, just off Highway 98 in Navarre.  Room rental includes tables and chairs for up to 100 guests and the option of a well stocked kitchen and/or internet access by arrangement.

Note: No booking is firm until the paperwork and deposit  are received and confirmed by NABOR staff.
The key can be picked up 24 hours prior to the event. 
Please allow sufficient time for your set up and tear down in the  booking, as access will not be granted outside of the booking time.

NABOR reserves the right to refuse any booking.

We regret that we are unable to loan/rent the Conference Room furniture to anyone for off-site events.

COVID Disclaimer

NABOR is again allowing the  rental of our conference facilities in accordance with our approved policies, however, the situation is subject to change should CDC or DOH advisories recommend otherwise.

Any booking that conflicts with the recommended health guidelines is subject to cancellation without prejudice.

Attendees do so entirely at their own risk and agree to hold the Navarre Area Board of REALTORS®, its governing body and staff harmless.
