Education is currently FREE to all NABOR members courtesy of our 2024 Annual Sponsors.

Mission--The general objective of NABOR's educational program is  to increase the Members’ level of knowledge and professionalism, in order to better serve the consumer. To create programs that will reduce the risk of litigation by providing courses that will train, educate, and enlighten Members in all areas of real estate business practices.

The Real Estate industry is constantly changing and successful agents adapt and grow! NABOR offers an array of exciting and informative seminars, classes and events designed to keep you up-to-date on the latest trends in professional development and technical training. 

Registration--Registration closes at 3:00 pm the day before each class.  To allow us to prepare adequate materials, seating and catering, we ask that you kindly register in advance.   Attendance without registration will incur an additional $5 fee.

Payment--Classes are open to all District 9 agents and affiliated members.  Please note prices quoted are for NABOR members and have been discounted 3% for cash or check.  Please ask for further details.  Payment should be made no later than the day of the class. 

Continuing Education--If you are attending a class for CE credit you must be present for the entire duration of the class and are requested to quote your license number when registering. 

Cancellation Policy--If you fail to attend or do not give the required 24 hours cancellation notice,  you will be invoiced as per NABOR policy.

To Check Your Educational Status With the State

Have you completed the continuing education requirements needed for license renewal?  Has the course sponsor reported your earned credits to the State?

If this is your first time accessing DBPR Online Services, click on "Activate Your Online Services Account" and complete the information under "Enter Initial Pin."  (Your initial pin number should be the last four digits of your Social Security number or Federal Tax ID Number.  If neither of those numbers work, call the Customer Contact Center at 850-487-1395 for assistance.  The Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm EST).

Once you have set up your User ID and Pin Number, you will have access to your online account at any time.

We know our members' time is valuable and trying to stay on top of business and family priorities can be a challenge--especially as your license expiration date nears.

National Association of REALTORS® Bi-ennial Ethics Requirement
No surprises!  No suspensions!  No terminations!  Every REALTOR® member is required to take at least 3 hours of Ethics training in the 3 year period ending December 2021.  Satisfy the mandatory requirements by taking one of the quarterly classes offered at the Board. 

New Members
NABOR considers the education of our new members to be of paramount success to the future of our organization.  New members are encouraged to take advantage of the many educational opportunities and to familiarize themselves with the services available.  Per the Bylaws & Policies, new licensees are required to take Online Orientation, Ethics and Line by Line Contracts within 180 days of affiliation and MLS training at the first available opportunity.
