Welcome to the Navarre Area Board of REALTORS®!
The process of joining as a REALTOR® member couldn’t be easier; just follow the instructions below and don't hesitate to call one of our committed team on 850-939-3870 if you require further information.
No appointment is necessary for New Members!
Within 30 days of affiliating with an office, complete a membership application and deliver to our office together with applicable payment and a copy of the MLS Subscription form signed by your broker.
Our business hours are 8:30 a.m. thru 4:30 p.m. We aim to process all new members within 24 hours of receipt. To best serve your needs, sufficient time should be allowed for the process to be completed.
What Happens Next?
You will receive a New Member packet detailing NABOR’s benefits and services and your MLS credentials.
You are now a Provisional member of the Navarre Area Board of REALTORS®.
Before you acquire Full membership status, NABOR Bylaws require that you attend certain mandatory training classes. You will be notified of the dates you are required to attend.
Lockbox Service
NABOR is a full service Board and you will need your own lockbox key to show properties. . Lockbox keys are issued by appointment.
E-Key:
The E-Key enables you to have the Supra key on your smart phone. Billing is monthly.
Lockboxes are available for purchase ($103 plus tax)
