With inventory so limited, we are constantly looking for new ways for our members to grow their network, grow personally and grow their business.

Mark your calendars to attend a fun, informal but productive session twice a month at the NABOR office.

Meetings every 1st and third Thursday at NABOR.

We'll provide the coffee and content; you provide the company.   Breakfast is on you, so feel free to brown bag it if you haven't eaten.

No registration is necessary. 

Directors Pamela Prestridge and Janet Keller are the event coordinators and welcome participation from seasoned to new agents and any and all Affiliate members.

And, if you do have a new listing that could benefit from some exposure, you are welcome to come and share it with the attendees.

Add your listing via the MLS and you will contacted.

The Tour is limited to the first 8 listings successfully entered.

Each agent is permitted to add one one listing at a time.  If, 48 hours prior to the Tour, there are less than 8 homes, they may add a second listing.

NABOR members take priority.

All properties must be toured or a fine is levied.

Properties must be shown by a licensed agent.

How To Put A Home On Tour

1. Verify availability: On the NABOR Flexmls System: Under the

Daily Functions tab on the top menu:

· Click Tour/Open House

· Enter Date

· Click Next

2. To put home on Tour: Under the Add/Change tab on the top menu:

· Click Change

· Enter MLS#

· Click Schedule Marketing Activities

· Click Tour of Homes

· Enter Date

· Click Add

· Enter Date Again

· Click Next

Note: If you choose to put your listing on tour that is already full (eight listings) you are in a reserve status and will only qualify if someone cancels or has incorrectly submitted.

3. To Remove a home from Tour: Under the Add/Change tab on the top menu:

· Click Change

· Enter MLS # and click Next

· Under Schedule Marketing Activities click Tour of Homes

· Click Remove
